Ameriquest Fraud towards our customers consumer fraud ripoff Okemos Michigan

we refinanced with ameriguest mortgage a few years ago we went through the okemos michigan branch. They found a appraiser to appraise our house for the amount they needed when the first appraiser did not work. and on top of that they stuck us with a huge prepayment penalty that we never new about. Any how they new in the long run that we would never be able to handle our new mortgage payment but they failed to inform us as a reputable mortgage company would have recomended not to finance with them based on our monthly income.anyhow they stuck it to us.We worked hard to build this home we had two children and had only lived in our new home for three years.

Well thanks to ameriquest mortgage we allmost had it forclosed on but we were forced to sell it and now live in a apartment with our two children and buried in debt with ruined credit we have to pick up the pieces and start over again.

And ameriquest mortgage made out great with their prepayment penalty.I would not recomend even messing with this company for anything they have to offer you is tainted.
