I am another person who sent my release to Ameriquest and did not receive the settlement. How does this company get away with telling people they did not receive the releases. I think the postal service must have lost only the Ameriquest settlement release forms. Hee-Hee. If I told Ameriquest I sent my mortgage payment and they didn't receive it, they would still take action ( late charges, foreclosure). How about for the people who sent our release forms back and Ameriquest is saying they never received it. What is our restitution??? How are we able to receive our fair settlements?

How to send important docs through the mail.......

AUTHOR: Mike D - Anniston (U.S.A.)

Any post office offers a service where they notify you and you have proof the mail was delivered. It is called Certified Mail. ANYTIME you send an important document, especially one dealing with money you should send it certified. Oh yeah, were you actually harmed by a preditory lending practice or did you just want some money??????
