First off let me say this to bobby from Columbus, Ohio. You must be a real loser in that you have nothing better to do than to critize people you know nothing about. Quit taking up space on this website created to help people. Second I would like to offer this conversation with Ann Brennan of Ameriquest Mortgage company to Robin in Waldron Arkansas about why they would do this. Recently we received our statement and a late fee was place on it due to a late payment.

My wife calls Ameriquest to find out why (every time we call we are switch to Internal controll manager, we have a pending lawsuit against them) this appears when on the statement our payment was posted before the due date. See told us that their legal fees are being applied to our mortgage because they have no other place to show it and that somebody didn't post our payment correctly. Then she asks my wife how the market is out here.

Not thinking she said she has not been to the market in a while. We have three farmer's markets within 8 miles of us.
