Ameriquest Mortgage lied at closing deceptive company Orlando Florida

On 1-24-03 Me and my girlfriend were refanacing our house. I was told on the phone by John Sarris that we would be both on the loan and that we both would be on the deed. When we got into closing that had deleted my name completely. I was not even on the deed to my house. I was adding my girlfriend.

We both refused to sign the mortgage and refused to take the deal. They will do whatever they want to do to close on a loan. I do not like adjustable rate mortgages and they told me that was the only way to do it because it would re=build my credit.

I knew it was to good to be true. I am extremely upset that a company would make such promises and then lied to you at closing about it. They are a company that no one should go to they lied to their customers and it bad business pratice.
