    Corporate Advocacy Program
Anyone who wants to get out of an Ameriquest loan should first call the state banking commision and #2 get a lawyer to rewiew your paperwork.

Most importantly---- ALWAYS GET A COPY OF YOUR APPRAISAL

AND NEVER BE RUSHED INTO A LOAN BY A LOAN OFFICER> THEY ARE TRYING TO SCAM YOU. WAIT UNTIL THE BEGINNING OF THE MONTH, NOT THE END

THE TRUTH

AUTHOR: Trii - Nucla (USA)

I would like more information about how to dissolve my relationship with my Ameriquest loan. I live in Colorado and they pressured me into a loan I would have never signed if I hadn't been a first-time home buyer with little to no understanding of the process. When I asked a question about a dollar figure on the disclosure, I was told not to pay any attention to that number. (It was the amount of interest I would pay over the life of the loan.)
