Ameriquest A completely deceptive outragious company ripoff Tacoma Washington

Ameriquest gave us a home morgage years ago. I specifically said NO ARM. It went through and at the last minute they decided ARM was the way they had to do it. BUt they said "make the payments and in 2 years we will refinance the home with our company and get you into a fixed lower rate. The wait was because the ARM matured and our payments would go up to over 2000 a month Well, the time came, we contacted them.. their answer? "we're sorry, we are no longer doing refinances in Washington state.

Then they jacked the rate up, and when we tried to work with them to survive and keep the house, they started foreclosure. now our payments are 2 grand a month, we are behind because we cant make it, they wont work with us to make up the payments, and they are taking the house. no one will touch the refinance because the payments are behind. and we are looking at homelessness in a month with 4 kids.

Dont call these people. they are crooks and will lie to you to get you hooked into something. they will promise you a refinance then Suddenly they arent doing them in that state anymore. They are ALL crooks and taking our homes and tearing our familes apart. I hope someone out there does something, I know Id love for them to feel some of the hurt we feel now, and how we will feel when we empty our home, pull our kids from school, and live in a motel. all because they wanted our money so bad they were willing to promise us something they never intended to deliver in the first place. DONT USE AMERIQUEST or ANY COMPANY ASSOCIATED WITH THEM.
