AURORA LOAN SERVICES Deceptive practices and not following up with promises Littleton, Colorado

First off Aurora Loan Services agrees to and does a partial loan payoff. Then they dont apply the loan payoff correctly, and they dont even get permission from the Mortgage Insurance company that has the Mortgage Insurance on the property. So instead of having a new loan that should have been roughly $800.00 per month less after the partial release, they try to get me to pay only $200.00 per month less after paying them 20% of the balnce off. They then told me to make the new payments that they proposed or they would foreclose.

Which they did, after numerous times of sending in all my paperwork that they requested for a loan modification, which they never had any intention of doing, but they make you go through there hoops until its too late and then they make promises that they dont keep. Like in my case they did all the following; sent in all my info, just to have them sit on it for 3 months and then they say the information is all out of date and to send it in again. this happened 2 times and nothing came of it; promised to delay the sale date 3 days before the sale date and then have the sale anyway without any further notification. ; then Aurora Loan buys back the house in the sale and they give you no notice to move at all, they just come and change all the locks on the house and tell you that you will be arrested for trespassing if you come back on the property.

If ever a company needs a class-action lawsuit against them its Aurora Loan Services. Where do I sign up???
