Aurora Loan Services Filled out loan modification packet & was told to wait, and still no response, keep changing their stories and regulations, 1st you need to be in default, then cuz in your default they won't help Scottsbluff, Nebraska

Sent in loan modification package after Aurora loan services kept bugging me to by sending all these packets in the mail to modify cuz i was going into foreclosure due to my husband was off work and on workers comp. and had 2 surgeries. so we finally filled the loan modications papers out and faxed and mailed them in not once not twice but 5 times and they said they still didn't have all the paper work, finally after 2 months got an agent that looked into this and told me yes all documents were there, so now 2 months were wasted cuz no one did there job by checking all my info. Now it's 4 months and their auomated system said by July 24 2010 i'd hear an answer, just called aurora today and the one lady told me not until Oct.2010, i can't wait that long and now in the packet never told me my taxes and insurance was to be added in and they pay it but it comes back out of my loan, But the big BUT, if i don't qualify i have to pay them back in full for what they paid for my insurance and taxes which i was set up on a payment plan for my taxes, what bull crap. They have been lying to me from day one and the sad part is i've been a customer for 5 years with them. Is this what The great President Obama is trying to do for us, well its only hurting us more cuz the mortgage companies are taking advantage, why not Obama look into these instead of blowing our money and givign to the banks!!!!!!!
