Aurora Loan Services FRAUDULENT LENDING PRACTICES Littleton Colorado

Aurora Loan Services has repeatedly lied to us. They told us to go into foreclosure so we could get a modification. We went into foreclosure and they denied modification. After paying back fees and getting ourselves out of foreclosure, they still denied modification saying we make $234 too much after all bills are paid. We have been applying for a modification since last year, only to be repeatedly denied.
ALS purchased our loan one month after we had it. We were told we only could get a ARM loan not a fixed. Our payment is more than 50% of our pay. Our loan continues to grow, which is putting us closer and closer to foreclosure. We cannot even refinance because our home has depreciated so much.
