Aurora Loan Services Loan modification scam held my money and I still owe mortgage payments Scottsbluff , Nebraska

I applied for the loan remodificaton program and after 6 months was allowed to pay a lower payment to find out my payments are in a suspend mode and I owe over $7,000 in mortgage payments that I have already made. I have paid my modified amount and that amount was never applied to my loan. I was then told after 5 months that they need all my paperwork submitted again to see if I qualifiy for the program. This has been a 1 year process and I now have terrible credit when it was once at 715 points. This was the biggest nightmare I ever entered into. I will have to complete more paperwork or pay all this money I do not owe. When I call the customer service number the people are just rude and not helpful.
