I was part of this person's "investment" group that bought properties with fraudulent qualification for mortgages.  Although I did not buy a property myself, I helped two relatives do so and both experienced huge losses.  This woman has done this to many others who have been lured by her into making quick profits on the front end of buying a property instead of on the selling end where it should happen.  She does this by encouraging people to lie on applications for "no doc" loans.  Please, do not have anything to do with her.  She will not support you and will abandon you if you happen to disagree with her.....after she has your money.  I personally lost 40,000 dollars, but what's worse by far is the loss of the friendship by those who have been hurt.
