Centex Home Equity ripoff Tempe Arizona

Centex is all Bulls**t. They stold our home,that we had just put 38,000.00 into remodling, Centex was in breach of contract from day one. We had an esscrow to pay the taxes & ins. This was to be done by & though them(Centex) however when I found out there was no ins. on our home since we refinanced with them, I called to ask what was up, they were not nice at all, they told me that I was a lair, after sending them the paper work that said we paid on an esscrow for the taxes & ins. They told me we never had an esscrow, after sending more paper work that showed we did have an esscrow,they told me I was wrong & that they did have ins. on the house. After a few mos. of this we stoped makeing payments to see if we could get some help this way.

Then because of this and some old medical problems my already 100% disabled husband started haveing heart troubles, he had a heart attack & has still not been able to get this under controll. After many many phone calls to Centex I still could not get anyone to help me. Seeing that we were losing our home was too much for my husband & he left me. I was moved out by the Mohave County Sheriffs (I'm sure that this was not legal either, cause I had paid an appeal fee to asure my appeal in this case, But was made to move out anyway. That or go to jail.) Now I am understanding that my case was or is going to be closed because I did not pay the appeal fee to Phoinex, I paid it to the court I was sent to in BullHead City,Az. So is the courts in on this with Centex? Have they RIPPED OFF that many people that they can buy the courts now?Even the so called forclosure sale was illegall & I have the proof.Our house is still sitting vacant & we have been homeless for over a year now. I know Centex is wrong & I know we could do something about this if I had the $. Please HELP,I would be willing to give up almost all of what I know we can & should get from these RIP OFF S.O.B'S.
