Chase Home Finance LLC They Threatened to Foreclose on my property even though I am completely up to date w Chase/Receipts Columbus, Ohio

Chase called me yesterday and threatened to foreclose on my property. Now, I have been making my payments. They have not been posting them. I have paid them with cashiers checks and have receipts of payments from the local Chase Bank. I believe they want to take my property away. Should they try to foreclose on my property, will I have an opportunity to show all my receits to the Judge? Can a Judge throw out the foreclosure? I live in Deltona, FL.

I received a letter today dated July 26, 2010 from Chase offering me a modification program. I don't need a modification program. My payments are low enough and up to date. All I want is my monthly payments to be posted. Chase posted my May 2010 payment late. Has not posted my June, 2010 payment. Has not posted my July 2010 payment. I have receipts from a local Chase bank that the money was paid. I even paid the last two payments in cashier check. They have threatened to foreclose on my property. I remind them to take me to court. The courts will see my payment receipts. I don't trust Chase. They are liars, and they try to intimidate me. I will not allow it. Thank you Lord!!

I received a call from Chase this morning. This person was responding to my congressional complaint. This person was very polite, and agreed that there is a discrepancy. This person claims to not know why my payments were not posted, nor why a certified check payment was returned to me. This person also claims that I may have overpaid!!!!!! Wow!! What a difference!!! It pays to keep records. I had gone through hell with this company. All this is just words. I will wait for some action!!
