Latest scheme of chase Home finance. I agree i was a bit late on my payment, went to pay online and it wouldn't let me pay the previous months.. it's all or nothing baby!!

So I call into chase to see what is wrong and they notify me that if my payment is not made at least 4 days bbefore the end of the month i can't make a payment online, unless it is both payments.

By the way we had to save up all month for our payment.

So patiently i want to pay by to the representetive. She can only do that for a $20 fee charges on top of my mortgage payment and their late fee of $63.62.. so if i simply want to pay my mortgage AT ALL i have to pay an additional $83.62 per payment until now that is current.. they have no automated system for me to pay. no choice at all.. that is predatory!

we had to fight for almost 2 years for our loan modification and with the extra $20 we are going to slip back into the same hole except that now my husband is re-employed.

these suprise charges have got to stop from chase..

be forewarned check every statement every fee and if you can record the conversation with a representetive.
