CHASE MANHATTAN RIPPED OFF MY MORTGAGE PAYMENT, AND WANTS TO TAKE OUR HOUSE AWAY ripoff Columbus Ohio

When we first moved to our new home, the first payment was going to a new mortgage because it was sold. We sent off our payment like we were supposed to, like we have every month. Never missed one.

Then we received a call saying we were behind a payment. We called. I sent the proof 3 times. I have front and back copies.

First they said it was one month. Then it was a different one they were missing. It has been a constant battle with the rude phone calls. All the negative reports on us and the extra charges they are putting on.

I have spoken with several manangers. They told me it was at the top of the corporate office being investigated. They came to no conclusions and said we still owed the money.

They never returned my calls when I called the top lady who came to that conclusion, to discuss this with me. We received a letter saying they were going to foreclose our home.

This has been a very mental wearing situation especially since I have all the proof to back it up. But it's not enough. I dont know where to go. I was told I could take them to claims court but I can't. We are not asking for money just credit but all the charges need to be taken off. What do I do now? It's been going on a year now.
