Chase Manhatten Mortgage the ripoff business that doesn’t give a dam tricked and lied to us Columbus Ohio

Chase Manhatten bought my mortgage from Webster bank in September of last year, since then nothing but problems.
in the transisition they sent our payments to the wrong branch and constantly assured us it was okay that they we're taking care of it. We have always been on the accelerated program and make our payments every two weeks by automatic withdrawl.

After months of them sending us late notices and even calling my wife's supervisor at work and posting repossession notices on our front door, we finally that we had it straightened out by showing them our bank withdrawls that we're all made on time, they apologized and rescinded the late fees and sent us a letter to verify that this would not be on our credit report.WRONG!! it shows we were 3 months behind on our payments.

We have done everything in our power to get this straightened out and always with assurances that they were taking care of it. Now Chase tells us that they have sent a corrected report to the credit bureaus but the credit bureaus are " too lazy and slow to get it taken off our report"

Excuse me, who put me in this jam and took over 6 months to get it corrected. Now they refuse to even return my phone calls and only respond to emails with a rote answer. I'm extremely sorry they ever purchased my mortgae and of course get this " This is the bank who's slogan is...Where the right relationship is everything"
