For anyone dealing with Citigroup and/or Citifinancial Mortgage and has a problem that you cannot resolve with their customer service staff I have a couple of phone numbers for you. We know how hard it is to get past aCustomer Service Agent to get anything resolved. We spent approx. 6-8 weeks trying to get some other number to call to speak with a REAL representaive from Citigroup and Cititrust Bank.

I would also like to ask everyone to please contact Dateline NBC and see if they can do a story on Citifigroup and it's affiliates. If enough people email them with their stories maybe someone will do a story. Everyone needs to make an effort, the more everyone bands together the more we might get a response.
