Citifinancial Mortgage escrow ripoff Irving Texas

We did a refinance for a better interest rate with Ameriquest and they sold our mortgage to Citifinancial and it has been a total nightmare ever since. Every year our escrow is short? I make up the shortage with use of cupons and seperate payments for escrow only. They never apply the shortage and now I am deliquent for $31.19 and they reported it on my credit, it's their mistake but we pay.

I have talked to numerous people many of whom speak very limited english to no avail. They paid my property taxes late last year this reflects on me. Customer service is nonexistant with this company, if we conducted our business this way we would have no customers at all. Please God let us afford to refinance with Countrywide, we did recieve exellent customer service with them.
