Citimortgage Inc. messed up payments, escrow and sent a bad escow refund check to us Columbus Ohio

Our story is much like alot of others payments not credited. We send ours through westrn union because we don't have good luck with banks so do not have a checking account. citi has messed up our escrow. the latest thing they did was send an escrow refund check that we had been asking for a year. They back dated it to april of 2008 and we did not notice until we got a letter from the check cashing store we cashsed it at. Now they are reporting us to the police for fraud. This is not the first bad mortgage company we have had ours was sold to them by ameriquest which lost the class action suit against them for preatory and bad lending practicies. I would be glad to be part of any class action suit againt citi.
