Citimortgage rip-off! Late posting payment! Customer service run-arounds! They want OUR house! Gaithersburg Maryland

Citimortgage is ruining our lives!! We started out with another mortgage company before ending up with Citimortgage. Every since then our lives have been horrible! We pay our payments on the 1st of every month, as required, although we later found out that they were not posting the payments until the 14th! So now over the past few years we have all these late charges, and our mortgage is suddenly not current.

They set up a payment plan last year to make the mortgage current, skyrocketed out monthly payments, and we did it in hopes that everything would get straightened out and we could refinance. A month before out final payment on this payback plan, we get a letter saying we're deliquent again. We call, and the first person my husband talks to says the plan doesn't exist, there is no record. So they trasfer him, he sits on hold for over an hour, to be transfered again, and again, and again.

Everytime he calls they transfer him to someone named Tamika, whom they say is the only person that can help with this matter. No person, just a recording everytime he calls. She won't return his calls. In the meantime, they are saying that we have to start a NEW plan with an even higher monthly payment in order to pay back all of these new charges.

We are pregnant with our 4th child, and now all of out other bills are falling short because we don't want to lose our house! I don't see how they can do this, and we are sick of it, it's either give up and go into forcloseur, or go to battle with an attorney in court. We have chosen to fight for our house and we are taking them to court. I urge you all to do the same, don't let them ruin your lives, they have to be STOPPED!
