Countrywide Home Loan Mortgage Company refinancing loans for the sake of their benefit. Putting people in loans not appropriate for the customer. Not granting what is advertised for current countrywide customers. Dallas Texas

We had a previous loan with Countrywide Home Loans for 4 yrs. We applied for a refinance 2 yrs ago with Countrywide to put a pool in our backyard. We were current customers of Countrywide and applied for the loan that was advertised on television, still today, for No Charges, No Doc Fees, No Loan Fees, we also wanted a Fixed Rate Loan. We were put in a 2 yr 28 yr adjustable loan instead with fees of about $10000. Currently as of today 4/2/08 we are having to file for bankruptsy and are candidates of loosing our home to foreclosure.

If we were not fit by law and standards for a refinance, they should not have allowed us to do so. Now with a mortgage payment of $2700.00, the economy the way it is, my husband working in construction, me not working because we can't afford any aftercare programs for the children, we are behind more than 8 mth with payments, we are in very much danger of loosing our home and we have 2 children.
