Countrywide Home Loan & Vendee Mortgage Investor Ripoff, Refusal to Release Insurance Claim Fund Simi Valley California

Please help - What Can We Do :(

Release of Insurance Claim money to repair home from Hurricane Rita disaster and Countrywide does not want to release any funds, unless approval from Vendee Mortgage and in receipt of Inspector Report for inspector to come out to view damaged property to ensure that repair is completed.

Inspector refuses to send another copy to Countrywide reflecting inspection was completed on December 14, 2005, and Countrywide has refused to release any up front funds to us to pay contractor ($2800)who has already completed the fence line and has not received any funds to get roof repaired ($5400), which I can not afford.

Please help been trying to received some funds from Insurance Claim money that had my husband and Countrywide Home Loan names on checks to be endorsed, and Vendee Mortgage investor has not endorse any checks from Insurance Companies, I am not the only homeowner who has been effected by this, there are many families & homeowners who have had to pay money out of our/their pockets to make our homes livable and trying to get back to some normancy.
