my wife and i got into some difficulties with bills when we were first married but were never late on the mortgage. we filed ch.13 trustee made the payments irregular now we have been making payments again never late. they are threatening forclosure for late payments made by the trustee themoney was recieved by countrywide because i have their payment records. italked to them just today they did not give a rats tail about the trustee nor the fact i have their records or the fat of cancelled checks they cashed. where are little people going to receive help against these crooks?
