COUNTRYWIDE MORTGAGE COUNTRYWIDE CLOSED HUNDREDS OF BRANCHES IN THE MIDDLE OF MY REFINANCE RICHARDSON Texas

I applied for a refinance of my 8.75 mortgage in September faxed 48 pages to Eileen Keenam in PA she was to call me 1st week of October to get my money for appraisal and set up the time. She told me 1st mortgage payment on new 30 yr fixed at 6.5% would be in December. She never called. I called her number which is now a fax.

I called customer service they said that Countrywide closed hundreds of branches and she is gone, and all documents were deleted, shredded and gone, with no history of anything. I can file a complaint to the office of the president or start all over. I immediately started over that day. I did the same thing with the new loan officer.

I delayed nothing I faxed all 48 pages back immediately, set up appt for this Wednesday for appraiser was called and told loan denied BECAUSE I HAD 1 30 DAY LATE ON CREDIT. I told them I started to apply in September. THEY SAID THEY CANNOT MORTGAGE ANYTHING EVEN IF I PAID 6 MONTHS IN ADVANCE THE 1 30 DAY LATE IN MY ENTIRE 25 YEARS OF BEING A HOMEOWNER WAS ON CREDIT AND I WILL NEVER BE APPROVED ONLY THE PRESIDENT OF COUNTRY CAN REMOVE IT.

I cannot get his phone number only his fax. I have faxed 4 letters to him NO RESPONSE. I did as I was told and am now a victim that Countrywide decided to close their branches and there are 1000's of us that are devistated and in the same boat.
