Countrywide Simi Valley Aka Recontrust Na countrywide aka recontrust is holding our escrow funds hostage Simi Valley California

help!!!!! countrywide recontrust na aka bank of newyork won't release our escrow funds.... this all started in july 2008 we found a condo for sale in anaheim ca we had a countrywide home loan already .. we were fully authorized we put in a offer and it was accepted , we gave our escrow check for 3000.00 dollars and we started the process .. the loan was with countrywide home loans mission viejo, and the seller was bank of new york recontrust na simi valley ca, aka countrywide.. so from july 08 to sept 08 we were in escrow .. long process.. on the last days of escrow countrywide mission viejo said they would not fund this particular condo beacause a sublease clause on the deed, at the same time this was happening the agent for the seller called us and wanted us to drop the condo and sign a car cancellation agreement.. they had another buyer and we were taking to long.. these are both countrywide companys no communication between them.. the agent sent us a car cancellation to sign and we signed it and sent it back thinking they would do the same .. nothing .. we called the agent the escrow company and they said until the seller signs the car cancellation .. our money would stay in that account .. and after two years it would go to the goverment... at the start the seller wanted a countrywide loan.. we had that ... i think it a conflict of interest there the same company.. we are frustrated.. we want to sue but we need official name recontrust goes by.. we know its a coutrywide sub company .. if anyone can help .. any information please... this is wrong.. we did everything right... except having a loan with coutrywide and buying a house from coutrywide beware!!!
