This complaint report number 443933 & 447234 is entirely false and inaccurate. Neither Dana Bain, Bain Mortgage, or Premiere Mortgage Services, Inc. has ever requested, or accepted, an up-front fee in excess of the $500.00 required for appraisal fees and credit reports, nor would we ever request any up-front fee as a condition to get a loan approved. We have never requested an up-front fee of $2,900.00 from Harriet Morgan, or from any other individual who has ever done business with us. We have never received any complaints from a Harriet Morgan of Sterling Massachusetts, and we have never conducted any business with this individual.

We always strive to deal with every customer fairly, professionally and respectfully, and we would always make every effort to resolve any and all disputes, disagreements, or misunderstandings if we ever received any complaints or notices to that effect. As a result of this philosophy, we enjoy an extremely positive relationship with all of our customers in the field of mortgage lender services, and a stellar business reputation in the community.

Neither Dana Bain, Bain Mortgage or Premiere Mortgage Services, Inc. has ever done any business with anyone named Harriet Morgan from Sterling, Massachusetts, nor have we ever received any loan applications or business inquiries from this individual. In fact, an attempt to locate this individual provided no listings for a Harriet Morgan from Sterling, Massachusetts, either on the internet, or in the directory assistance telephone listings. You are welcome to confirm that there does not appear to be any individual by this name residing in the Sterling, Massachusetts area.

We believe that this person does not actually exist, and that this erroneous posting may be a deceitful attempt by an unethical business competitor, to damage, discolor, or taint, our otherwise exceptional business reputation.
