Pavilion is a marketing,consulting and processing company,we do not lend,fund nor broker transactions. Pavilion is only a processing marketing company and not a funder,lender or broker. Our transactions are privy and confidential. We are not familiar with this transaction or complaint.  We have an A rating with the BBB and have been in business since 1997. We are also members in good standing with several professional trade organizations that do annual background checks. We have no complaints outstanding with any licensed authorities. This can be verified anytime. That is because they would require proof and theis is not a real posting. We would not be in business this long if things like this are true.

Again,Pavilion is a good real very transparent company and always delivers. We do not think that this posting is real,but have no recourse to remove it. Anyone can post anything here anytime they desire. It is an unreliable web sight and should be taken down.

I think that many competitors or perhaps unstable people, post things here to try to cast a bad light on successful businesses and cause trouble. We regret that this is even allowed.
