For the last several weeks we have been receiving imcompleted calls daily every three hours from 8:30 am on to our fax machine that are not identified by anything but 800-723-3004. Internet search reveals it belongs to EMC, a mortgage company wholly owned by JP Morgan. Attempts to contact them are fruitless as they have no live persons available to speak to without exasperating wait times. They have no means of contacting them via internet, either, without an account number to enter into their sanctum. We have NO business with EMC, so all we get is harassed. They obviously have a wrong number and are too ignorant to figure out their machine is calling a fax machine instead of a regular line. I had the good fortune one time of catching a live person after many attempts, who assured me the number would be removed from whatever call list they have going. The calls have not stopped.
