I re-financed my home in 1998 with New Century Mortgage...somehow Fairbanks Capital ended up being my mortgage copany!!!

I lost my home in 2001 through Foreclosure!!! In an attempt to keep my home, I filed Chapter 7 Bankruptcy, and excluded my home....a "Account Manager"...(somebody...Fidel???) said I would be able to start back with my regular payments once the Bankruptcy was discharged!!!

I filed the Bankruptcy 1/4/01, and it was discharged 4/10/01, stamped Relief Ordered!!! Fairbanks would not honor their "Account Manager's" promise, and sent my payment back to me and accelerated the foreclosure process!!! My home was sold in the "Sheriff's Sale" in October, 2001. I had to vacate by 11/17/01 -- almost exactly 17 years to the day of my moving into my home!!!

I was also hit with the "late" charges.....I hope something is done about their "practices" real soon.
