Fairbanks Capital Corp. Loan Servicing Center ripoff, said there would be no prepenalty fee if I refinanced by home, found out at the end that they charged me almost $8000 dollars in fees (+) interest Jacksonville Florida

I phoned Fairbanks Capital corp. several times before starting my refinancing of my home. Several attempts with no return phone calls. I finally got in touch with them after I sent them a message I believe to call me.

The women I spoke with assured me that there would be NO prepenalty fee if I were to refinance my home.

With this information I went and refinanced my home.
When I got the final paperwork after all was said and done, I noticed that they had infact charged me almost $8000 in prepenaly fees (+) interest of almost $3000 I believe.

This company does not practice good business ethics and should be put out of business, as well as return the "stolen" money, I feel is owed to me and I am sure many other people that they have ripped off.
