Fairbanks Capital Corp rip-off scam Jacksonville Florida

Fairbanks Capital Corp./ Loan Servicing Center trying to fip and take my house. Paid 2 payments saying I have paid one! ripoff business from hell cheated employees and screwed the customers even more con artist fake ripoff cheated employees and screwed the customers even more con artist fake ripoff ripoff business from hell Jacksonville Florida .....

My loan was transferred here from Household, because my payments were 3 months behind. My husband was out of work a year with no pay from a tumor on his arm which had to be removed. First of all Household sent a letter telling me I would get a welcome from Fairbanks Capital Corp/ Loan Servicing Center I waited for almost 3 weeks and never got a thing. So I called them. They finally sent a letter, in the mean time I ask for my loan # and sent a payment which they say was for The Month of Oct. so then I got a coupon for the month of Oct. and sent another payment.

They are saying now that I have sent only one payment, and both payments have cleared the bank. I have also requested a history of all payments from Household and them, which was requested the first day I called them. And I still have not received it. I get routed to 5 or 6 people all with different stories and never any help every time I call. If they think they are getting my house they are crazy! I had no choice, but if you are applying for a loan don't apply with them. And I plan on writing the NACA, ACORN, FBI, BBB, HUD, and anyone else I can write.
