my family has almost lost everything with them. they are always sending letters with late charges and other charges that nobody knows what they are talking about. when you think that you are current with them they have new charges against you. they will not post your payments for weeks and charge you with late charges. these are the most dishonest people i have dealt with. i am tired of dealing with them. they are in a class action suit that i hope they will fall like enron!!! i wonder how they got their name fairbanks? because they don't know the meaning of the word FAIR!!!!
