Fairbanks has done all that they can think of to unlawfully take my property. First they call 4 times a week on checks that they claim they have not received and yet I have canceled checks proveing that I have paid the debt. These letters come approximately 30 days after they have cashed the check in question.

When I return their call they keep me on hold up to 5 times and hang up 3 times so you have to call back repeatedly to get hung up on again. They tell you the call is being recored, then when you tell them the call is being recorded on your end as well, the quickly get off the line.

I have submitted proof of payment and who in their company has received the payment and the exact time it was received, and yet they deny having received it.

This makes it seem as though they want to harrass, no matter what the actual circumstances are. They always call in the later hours of the night. They are rude and refuse to listen and do not have a clue of the matter in actual fact. These people are telemarketers paid to simply harrass.

This "company" and I use the term loosely, make actual reputable mortgage companies look bad. I would hope for the sake of the nature of the business that other companies would take a stand and get this company out of the business.
