Fairbanks Capital Mortgage deceptive consumer fraud ripoff liar company Salt Lake City Utah

Our mortgage was sold to Fairbanks in April 2002. They tried taking a payment earliler then told. Contacted them, and never heard another thing until Nov 2002. Said we were behind. Made another payment early. Requested payment history twice in Dec. Never received. Sent payment in Jan-overnite, Feb-Western Union, received letter from Western Union to pick up money. Contacted Fairbanks. Told us they would continue to send money back until they received what they wanted.

We asked they never responded to the needed amount. Asked why they didn't call, they said there was a block on our phone (they said we were unreachable by phone, our phone number has been the same for 17 years and has never been turned off). Requested payment history several times. They said they sent the 2 checks back that we sent, but haven't received those either.

Just like the history report. All of a sudden the beginning of March we are being served with papers for forclosure. They do not return several calls or faxes. One rep was handling our acct and now we are told he is not. We sent payment Western Union for $4000.00 and they swear they only received $2000.00. Where's our money. We have confirmation numbers from Western Union. They have ruined our credit.
