Fairbanks Capital Mortgage Foreclosure while in Chapter 13 Salt Lake City Utah

Last year we filed a Chapter 13 and our house was owned by Provident Bank. During our bankruptcy Fairbanks purchased our home and began sending us payment info. We contacted them and told them that we were and had been in bankruptcy. Their attorneys in showed up in court many times and our payments were being made on time, but in May they started forclosure proceedings against us. Local newspaper ads, internet ads and people coming to our home randomly to look. We were very upset.
We contacted our attorney at that time and he in turn wrote them a letter asking what was going on. Never received a reply from them.

Many attorneys stated that they cannot do this, but they did.

Now they are still planning to foreclose on our property claiming that we owe them arrears before they even owned our property. We have asked many times for a copy of an appraisal on they claim that their isn't one on file.
We are currently trying to obtain an attorney for action against them.
