I was in Bankrupcy and my Lawyer lost his bar. I tried to pay them with a check and they refused my payment. Fairbanks Foreclosed on my house after being there for 10 Years. Then said that I didn't have Escrow and they Refused to pay my Property taxes, so the city of Detroit put a lien on the Property. I don't know who got the House, but it was sold in 2004. I can't get a Mortgage from any Company because Fairbanks said in Bankrupcy Court that I was a HIGH risk.

Can't get a Mortgage Fairbanks has got my CREDIT screwed up so bad

I've been trying to get a Mortgage Company to Finance A home after Forecloser from Fairbanks. My Credit Scores are in the 600 range, But Fairbanks has got my CREDIT screwed up so bad I couldn't borrow 5 cents for a piece of gum. Good work BUTT HEADS.They're under a NEW name, so when I get it I'll POST IT.
