Fairbanks Capital Just Bought & Want Foreclosure Rip-off Jacksonville Florida & Salt Lake City Utah

Fairbanks Capital Corp just bought our mortgage for October 2002. Well, our first letter from them was on Oct 10 just telling us to send our money to them. Second letter date November 7, 2002 states they want our payment or they will Foreclose!

WE NEED SERIOUS HELP! ADVISE!! What do we do!!!!!!!!!

First, Oct 1st payment was with the other Mortgage company and after calling that company they said it was batch-mailed to Fairbanks and on its way. WELL, I called Fairbanks and told them this and they were VERY VERY RUDE and HATEFUL! We received a couple of phone calls from Fairbanks demanding the payment. And IT KEEPS HAPPENING!

The other mortgage company divided our payments for us, etc. So the one half payment Fairbanks received from the other company for October is 'just sitting there' they say. Not being applied is what the money is doing!!!!!!!

So, I mailed them the entire November 2002 Payment, They applied that to October, and now November aint paid for! And we still have Half A payment sitting there paid but not applied!!!!!! All they want is the money!!!!!! I call and I get hatefull people or the just put me on hold without telling me and transfer me!!!!!!!!!!!

After reading all the other complaints, I am in tears now!!!!!! I dont know what to do. We are trying to recover from my layoff in April 2001 and rebuilding our credit and paying stuff off. Up until NOW we were on the road to Recovery! NOW WHAT????????
