Fairbanks Capitol Corp rip-off! Salt Lake City Utah

I agree that Fairbanks Capitol Corporation is a tragety waiting to happen. I was late for a payment and sent a cashiers check for two months at once. They told me that they didn't accept payments from accounts in foreclosure. My house is currently being scheduled for a Sheriffs sale. I could not get my money to them. Each time I called, I talked to someone different and peter kept the information from paul each time. When they did recieve the money, I was 3 months behind because my next payment had not been posted yet either.

We have lived in our home for 21 years and raised all of our children here. We still have a 15 year old daughter at home. She is devastated and there is nothing we can do about it. We will not be able to buy another home and we will get nothing from the sale. I don't know what we will do after. I just don't know.

I wish someone could do something, but for us I think it is too late. I love my home and I am sick in my heart. I don't think I will ever be the same again. All because I wanted a new roof and siding and central air/furnace. we refinanced to with another company and they sold our loan to Fairbanks.
