Fairbanks Capitol Corp. ripoff trying to steal our home away from us Bradenton Florida

Fairbanks Capitol Corporation took over our mortage and ever since we have had nothing but trouble.Like other stories I have read,they have charged us late fees even before we recieved a payment book or knew where to send payment.They forced placed insuance when we already had a policy on the home. They have charged fees for "corporate advances" at $1000.00 a pop for God only knows what, for these advances have never been properly explained.

I could go on and on. I saw the story on channel 13 news and was somewhat relieved that we are not alone in this. I hope for ours and all the others sake that there will be some sort of resolution to all this nonsense and that we get to keep our home. We already have an attorney looking into this, but if there is some kind of class action in this matter we would like to join in the fight.
