Fairbanks Capitol Corporation ripoff mistreated and ripped off outlandish ripoff late fees evil dirt bags Salt Lake Utah

This was partly my fault. My daughter was suppose to be paying the house payment(which I gave her money for)well she didn't it got behind and then their attorney sent me a letter saying I had until November 30,2002 to make my (3,143.32) payments good.

They were rude and nasty when I spoke to them. I called Fairbanks and of course they won't let you redo your loan they want the money which when they faxed it to me it was 6,947.21 big difference. Well they set me up for 12 months of payments of 955.27 on which I only bring home 1042.00, guess what they said I could live on this. I have since been waiting on coupons to make my payments. I received a call from them in Feb.2003, saying that my payment was late and no it wasn't. NOt only did Fairbanks screw me their attorneys here in WV are just as bad. They were still foreclosing after I had signed the Forbearance Agreement.

I am trying to sell my home now but I am having trouble with what my actual payoff is. I will be so happy when I no longer have to deal with such nasty people. I really hope they sleep well at night when they go home. I hope no other people have to deal with them.
