Well, well, well.............

You know what they say about Murphy's Law? What goes up MUST come down, and it ALWAYS does, right?

Everything may "appear" dandy right now AKA the "honeymoon," but let's see what tune you'll be singing when they, side swipe you out of the blue and really jack you up!!! I hope it never happens to you. Our homes are the place where our children and family are supposed to feel safe and protected, and I really feel for everyone who is going through it.

NEWS FLASH!!!! We were nothing but happy until they insidiously started making not one, then two, then three, then four major mistakes in processing our payments and they thought they could withhold our payments and get away with it. NOT!!!

I'm sure it will be ONLY a matter of time before you have your first negative encounter in regards to a descrepency. Don't count on the fact that because you may currently have a "nice" customer service representative, that it's always going to be that way. People move on all the time, and the next representative you may get, just might be that one to really sock you up. It can take only ONE time to create a chain of events, that can lead to disaster.

Please do not misunderstand. I hope it never happens to you, and I wish it weren't happening to so many other people, but remember, FACT---it is happening to many people, read their stories, we're not making this up. This is not a fantasy, although it does feel like the twilight zone........THIS IS REALITY!!!!It happened to me and that is why I am providing this information for all my fellow readers. In order that others will be able to help themselves and protect themselves against a hearbreaking situation. FLAGSTAR IS UNSCRUPULOUS AND VERY DIRTY, AND YOU'D BETTER BE WATCHING YOU BACKSIDE 24/7 OR ELSE YOUR GOING TO GET THE SAND JOB!!!!!!!! SAND IS ABRASIVE AND WILL REALLY HURT!

I am sure all the other readers are happy that you're nothing but happy, but what about all those hundreds and thousands of familes with children and grandparents who lost their homes because of Flagstar's dirty tactics? Ask them if they're nothing but happy.

Do yourself a favor, read some of these postings and all of Flagstar's, and see how many "happy with their lender's" you can count.
