Flagstar Bank will not take payment, but will foreclose on my house Troy Michigan

I have been buying this house for 2 years and always on time, but I have some financial issues at the moment and got 2 months behind and called to make a payment and in 2 weeks make another to get caught up but was told that i would need to make both payments now one was not going to be accepted. I need to also add that in Nov. when this started I called them to try and fix that month as I knew i was going to be late and was told then that they could not help me adjust anything until I was late or behind and I told them then that this was about to happen.

After I got behind in Dec. I requested and was also told that they could do a loan modification, but they couldn't guarantee that this would be approved and get me caught up. They said they would mail this paperwork and when i remembered that I hadnt got it in Jan. the first week or so , as I was trying to get a payment together I called them back. They now told me it is in the mail again.

Now this is where I am at now. If i dont make a payment then I go into foreclosure, but they wont take one at a time to get caught up so while i wait for them to make a dicision on my account, could take as long as 60 days, i get farther behind and in 60 days they will want 4 payments if i dont get approved for this loan modification or foreclose. What do i do?
