GMAC Mortgage Corp. $10,000.00 + double charge was actually unapplied funds Waterloo Iowa

I was in bankruptcy due to end 2002. Our home mortgage was sold to another company, GMAC. Immediately they added thousands of dollars in "Unpaid Amount", which was found to be Unapplied Funds. My attorneys hired the opposing attorney while still "representing" me. The attorney assigned to represent me withdrew after a CPA clarified what GMAC did, and left me with no representation in court, thus my Objection to Claim went unheard.

GMAC wanted an out of court settlement 2 days after the CPA contacted a special attorney I hired, unknowingly, he received overflow work from my bankruptcy attorneys and withdrew because "he couldn't bit the hand that feeds him".

Their idea of as settlement was: I get the deed to my property 8 months early, they get to keep the $10,000.00+ backed up in the trustee account, and I would have to sign document stating I would not sue them for any wrong doing. Oct. 4, 2007, my 10 years of being in chapter 13 came to an end. GMAC got the money, my Objection was not heard, because my attorney didn't show up in court.

I made every trustee payment and paid my house pmts. as usual. My home is paid for, my credit destroyed. GMAC file 2 fraudulent claims, another in 2007 which was dropped on Oct 5, 2007. I can't find an attorney to handle my case, but I keep looking and hoping. I'm not the only one, My second attny. was trying to a "Pattern of Practice". I'm still seeking an attorney. I have all evidence. The attorneys kept my proof off the court docket.
