People of the US,
GMAC will do whatever I takes to break you, GMAC is wrong and they will die eventually I just ask just that you don't make the same mistake I made. Fight GMAC with all your heart, but never forget about your family! While 99% of the time you are legally correct, GMAC will find a way to stop you and break you. Once GMAC does this you may find that in that war against GMAC, also affected your family.

As in my case I lost the battle with GMAC the same day I lost my family. Yes, I lost my battle, my home, and my family but, GMAC has not won yet!

August of 2004 GMAC put me into foreclosure court.
November of 2005 GMAC sent me a refund check of almost $2000.00 and credited my escrow account even more.
I lost my foreclosure case in August of 2006, due to my lawyer, or even more due to my lawyers lack of knowledge. (And my lawyer didn't even send me a bill, so I wonder who was paying my bill?)

November 2006 I filed for Bankruptcy to save my home, and received an adversarial case against GMAC in March of 2007. July 10, 2007 GMAC sent an Escrow Account Disclosure Statement showing I had more than $5700.00 in credit in my Escrow Account. But yet August 2006 I was $3000.00 behind in my payments!

March 6, 2008 I lost my home, my family, and my dignity.
People of the US, you need to fight GMAC with all your heart, but on the same note never forget your family like I did, when I lost my home I lost over $260,000.00, that don't hurt near as bad as losing my family at the same time.

I will rebound and fight GMAC again, and again, and again; until these TERRORISTS stop killing the families in the USA.

Bottom line; you will have one hell of a fight on your shoulders, but we can beat GMAC eventually! Philadelphia has now implemented laws to fight these TERRORISTS, if we keep up the fight more and more cities will implement new laws, then eventually the states will do the same.
Never give up, but yet most importantly NEVER forget your family!

NANCY YOU DONT KNOW JOE I DO , I WAS IN THE SAME BOAT, JOE PAID HIS REQUIREMENTS, ITS GMAC WHO HAS MESSED UP, THE SAME WAY THEY DID ME. YOU WANT TO SEE THE DISCLOSURE EVIDENCE THAT THEIR ATTORNY SENT TO THE COURTS. YOU WILL BE AMAZED AT WHAT THEY DID TO ME,MY CASE WAS DISMISSED BY THE COURTS BUT I JUST FOUND OUT IT I CAN HAVE IT REINSTATED, THIS TIME I HAVE THE ABSOLUTE PROOF, AND GMAC WILL BE CHARGED WITH FRAUD THIS TIME , LETS SEE IF THEY CAN GET OUT OF THIS ONE . SORRY ABOUT WHAT HAPPENED TO YOU JOE, ON THE PLUS SIDE THE COURTS WILL NOW SEE YOUR REPORT ON HERE AS WELL AS OTHERS .

How dare you assume that if a lawyer states info on a document that it is automatically correct! Joe reopen your case! GMAC should express only any/and/or all truths! Nancy, do you know all of the facts? I am wondering what you do know? Joe, stand up & fight. Daniel thanks for offering you two cents for added emotional support! Best wishes to all!
