GMAC takes over my almost mature mortgage and suddenly finds my 30  year old house is in a flood plain.  It is not, was not and never had been in a flood plain but the folks insisted on buying flood insurance for me and billing me for it.  After 3 months of surveys and getting Obama's new FEMA to fix their map(now showing my house 30 feet above the floodplain), GMAC still can not refund the unnecessary flood insurance payments.  What is worse they charge interest and late charges because they have taken from the escrow and cant correct their error.

forced insurance is a trip to foreclosure contact us

AUTHOR: Amelia - houston (U.S.A.)

Don, i am also in texas. I had forced insurance on my house when huricane ike hit. my house was destroyed. The insurance they forced is not adequate coverage. it is also a way to set up an excrow account and then begin to foreclosure on your house. this is well known predatory lending tactic. please get in touch with James Andersen Attorney at law in houston texas 281 488 2800. he is working with several of us and understands how this works. Beware the nightmare is just beginning,. Mr. Andersen also knows alot about your note and who actually is legally able to insure and collect payments on your house. There is alot more to this than you think! call us without delay.
