Greentree Servicing BEWARE!!! GREENTREE SERVICING ADDS ADDITIONAL CHARGES, DECEPTIVE, FRADULENT St. Paul Minnesota

Since Conseco went bankrupt and Greentree Servicing took over my mortgage, it has been a complete NIGHTMARE of a company to deal with. They continuously and deceptively charge "additional charges" on my statements; constantly harass me with respect to my mortgage insurance (they add insurance charges -- and I've ALWAYS had insurance and reported this to them years ago -- nothing has changed). They bill me for unscrupulous charges: lawyers who "service" them with title information; and companies that have no address, no phone number and nothing on their invoices except "field servicing"? WTF is that?!?!?! Then, Greentree Servicing bills me for these "services".

1. Who authorized them to perform such services? and, if they want these "services", they should pay them as a cost of doing business, not pass on these "charges" to me. (You have to beg, fax, and send certified letters to get this information -- AFTER they bill it to you!!!).

2. I Googled one of the companies and THERE IS NO SUCH COMPANY. Who can stop these people? Also, I pay my own taxes and these people continuously harrass the local tax authorities to see if I've paid my taxes yet. This spring, I had a local tax bill that I paid (that wasn't even overdue) -- and they claimed they paid it and DEMANDED that I pay them back. After investigating this, I found out they PAID NOTHING. ISN'T THIS ILLEGAL? If anyone wants to get together and do a class action suit, I'm game.........
