Home Assure My home was foreclosed because of Home Assure. No Refund! Still Waiting, since 8/26/08 Clearwater Florida

I called Home Assure to get a loan modification Aug26 '08. Home Assure asked for $2,000 upfront. I Money-grammed it right away. Had a phone conference within an hour that cost another $55. I was promised that this took care of everything. Within a month I had people taping notices on my front door for a sale date about a foreclosure. I went dowtown and filed the paperwork that Home Assure wanted me to do, and it was not accepted by our courts.

Not knowing better, to stop a sale date and keep my home they had in return said file CH 13. Out of desperation I did. The case was dismissed immediately within or less than 30 days. But by doing that, GMAC wanted my car, and now I have no credit cards, The two I had and needed are gone, and my home was foreclosed on because the sale date was not met. My credit score went from a 725 to a 580. Prior to all this, I have not been late on anything in 6 years. My house was behind 4 months due to lay a off. The only thing I owed for debt was my house and car. My credit cards were paid monthly. If I used them.

Now I am in a huge mess because of this company that I thought could help me out and cannot even get my refund back, that's only been on the way back to me since August 26th. I wanted to let others know about Home Assure and the Rip Off that is why I posted what happen to me. Too many get taken advantage when people are at their lowest. I was one of them. I felt like I was kicked when I was down. Don't let it happen to you.
