HOME EQ SERVICING PAYMENT PLAN RIP OFF SACRAMENTO California

ANYONE WHO HAS A MORTGAGE WITH THESE PEOPLE BEWARE.

I, like alot of americans right now fell behind in my mortgage when my husbands hours were cut and I was out of work having our 2nd child and was laid off during maternity leave. At this time I started to make partial payments to them whenever I could. Everytime i called them they tried to pursuade me into a payment plan stretching my delinquent payments over 3 months. I eventually was convinced by them this was the best thing. My mortgage payment sky rocketed and after my husband lost his job we were unable to make the payment. Now they tell me i am out of options unless i pay the whole amount when if just continued making my small payments when i could i would have been better off. Now Im in forclosure and their refusing to work with me i tried to send them what i could and they sent it back. Dont ever get mortgage with these people and if u already do dont fall for the " repayment plan".
