HOME EQ WON'T EVEVN GIVE A COMPANY THAT IS TRYING TO REFINANCE MY MORTGAGE THE CORRECT PAYOFF.

THEY HAVE ILLEGALLY CHARGED ME $3,000. IN LATE CHARGES WHILE IN A "CATCH UP" PROGRAM, AND I WAS TOLD BY THEM NOT TO WORRY ABOUT THE CHARGES ,

"ILL EMAIL MY SUPERVISOR, YOU DON'T OWE THEM"..

WELL, I'VE TRIED FOR 3 YEARS TO GET THAT SETTLED, EVEN GAVE THEM THE NAME AND PHONE NUMBER OF THE CONTACT AND THEY ALL SAID THE SAME THING.

"WE CAN'T GET A HOLD OF HER"

IA HAVE WITNESSES TO THIS FRAUD.

"consumerAffairs.COM" is an excellent site.

they are looking at cases like this and may help in putting together a class action suit. do it now , put these gangsters in their place.

citibank got slammed with a 500 million dollar suit for predatory lending practices.
