Home Eq Took My house City Of Industry Nationwide

I am a one of those people that last thier house in this downfall of lost houses. I had a loan with Home Eq. we paid on this loan for 2 years without any issues until it wen into the ARM part of the loan. We then got behing 2 payments. They would not except partial payments to try to cover this balance. We continued this round and round thing until we got the final papers in the mail saying that they were going to take our house in 30 days. This was 2 days before christmas. I got a hold of them and they demanded $1600 to hold on the court procedings. We were also told that we had to pay $1600 a month for the next 6 months to catch up. We managed it for about 2 maybe three months before we defaulted. When I tried to make arrangments agian they wanted $2000 up front and $2000 a month for the next year. We could not do it and frankly I could not take the headache.

We left our house that November and let them have it.
It is sitting empty now and getting vandelized. What was the point in taking it if they were just going to let it go to crap.
